Driving improvement at 4 Learning Partnership schools
- Schools share expertise and best practice, to ensure that children benefit from the very best of all of our schools.
- Working together means that school leaders and teachers are up to date with the latest developments in Education.
- We plan and develop shared priorities together, maximising resources, talent and ideas so we continue our ambition and drive to improve.
- Leadership teams offer each other support and challenge, to drive improvement and avoid complacency.
As well as all of these teaching and learning benefits, we are strengthening our shared community. Our children learn and play together, through sports competitions, our annual spelling bee, chess tournaments and the St Werburgh's Y6 careers fair. We also get together to teach our more able students – for example our top Year 6 mathematicians - to ensure they reach their full potential.
