All 4 Learning Partnership Schools benefit from sharing resources and training opportunities.
For example, there are several staff members who work across the partnership at a range of levels from shared leadership team, to specific skills teachers and sports coaches.
Partnership working enables shared training for staff. Recent opportunities have included joint shared In Service Training on Maths, the development of an agreed new assessment system, and support for the introduction of the new computing curriculum. There is also on going peer to peer support and subject leader networking.
All partnership staff care passionately about the achievement of pupils across the partnership and are keen to share knowledge and expertise with children from each school. We have a strong sense o a shared vision to improve opportunities for all our pupils.
